Alan F. Block, Partner, born in Chicago, Illinois,
received his Bachelor of Sciences degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from University of Illinois Medical Center in 1984, and his
Juris Doctor degree from John Marshall School of Law in 1989. He was member of the Law Review and an Associate Editor of the
John Marshall Law Review. Alan was also a member of the National Products Liability Moot Court Team. He is admitted to the bar
of the State of Illinois, and the federal and trial bars for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Alan has represented clients before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (formerly the NASD), the National Futures Association
(NFA), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), as well as state and federal courts
throughout the United States. He is also a registered pharmacist, and a past member of the Drug Topics Advisor Panel. Mr. Block concentrates
his practice on civil litigation involving securities, class actions and commercial litigation. He has been a guest lecturer at National

Laurence M. Landsman, Partner, born in Cleveland, Ohio, received
his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Syracuse University in 1986, and his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from IIT/Chicago-Kent
College of Law in 1989. He was a member of the Moot Court team and participated in several regional and national competitions. Larry is admitted
to the bar of the State of Illinois, the federal and trial bars for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the
bar of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He concentrates his practice on securities litigation, class action lawsuits,
toxic tort lawsuits, and commercial litigation. Larry has represented clients before state and federal courts throughout the United States as well
as in arbitration proceedings before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (and its predecessor, the NASD). He was a faculty member for the
1996 Mealey’s Midwest Lead Litigation Conference, and was a co-coach for the 1993 Chicago-Kent College of Law Trial Advocacy Team. Larry has published

Jessica A. Jeffries, Associate, born in Riverside, Illinois, received her
Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago in 2002, and her Juris Doctor degree from IIT/Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2005.
She was presented with a CALI Award of Excellence in 2004 for earning the top score in her Securities Legal Writing course. Ms. Jeffries is admitted to
the bar of the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She concentrates her practice on securities
